2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
– unopened.
– unused.
– sealed.
– in original packaging.
– in perfect resale condition.
For hygiene, health, and cosmetic safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
– opened, tested, or used products.
– damaged packaging caused after delivery.
– promotional, sample, or discounted items (unless defective).
– products not purchased on greenmood.ma.
4. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@greenmood.ma with:
– order number.
– photos of the product and packaging.
– description of the issue.
We will replace or refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Process

- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship items using secure, trackable packaging.
- Provide tracking information.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is incorrect or defective:
– the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method:
– Payzone (card payment).
– PayPal.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Lost or Unreturned Items
Green Mood is not responsible for lost return packages.
We recommend tracked shipping.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
10. Customs Duties (International Orders)
Customs fees paid by the customer are not refundable, even if the order is returned.
