2. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During sales periods, product launches, or high-demand seasons, processing time may be slightly extended.

– Europe.
– North America.
– Middle East & GCC countries.
– Africa.
– Asia.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Depending on destination and availability, orders may ship via:

– International courier services.
Tracking information is provided when available and sent by email once the order ships.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

– Selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers receive an email with:

– Courier name.
– Tracking link (if available).
Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to:
– Import duties.
– Customs processing fees.
– VAT or other taxes.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient. Green Mood cannot predict or control these fees.
Packages refused due to unpaid customs duties will not be refunded.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
10. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date at contact@greenmood.ma.
We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements depend on carrier investigation results.
11. Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must check the package condition on arrival.
If damaged, take photos and notify us within 48 hours.
12. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, customs issues, or non-collection, shipping fees will not be refunded.
