2. Scope

These Terms apply to all online purchases made on greenmood.ma by private consumers worldwide.

3. Products & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. Green Mood may update, discontinue, or modify items at any time.

4. Prices & Currency

Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros (EUR), or United States Dollars (USD) depending on the visitor’s location.
International orders may be automatically converted by PayPal or the customer’s bank.

Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

5. Ordering

To place an order, the customer must:
– be at least 18 years old
– provide accurate personal information
– accept these Terms & Conditions

Order confirmation is sent via email. Green Mood may refuse an order in cases of fraud, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are secured and encrypted.

Accepted methods:
– Payzone (credit/debit card)
– PayPal

Green Mood does not store credit card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally.

Processing time: 24–48 business hours
Delivery time varies by destination and carrier.

Tracking is provided when available.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Customer Responsibilities Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect parcels upon receipt and report missing or damaged items within 48 hours.

9. Returns & Refunds

Return window: 14 days from delivery
Eligible products must be:
– unopened
– unused
– sealed
– in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection.

10. Product Use & Allergies

Customers must review ingredient lists and perform patch testing if necessary. Green Mood is not liable for reactions caused by sensitivities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content — text, logos, designs, photos, trademarks — belongs to Green Mood and may not be reproduced without authorization.

12. Personal Data & Privacy

Data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

13. Liability

Green Mood shall not be held responsible for:
– delays caused by carriers.
– customs clearance delays.
– improper storage or misuse of products.

14. Changes to Terms

Green Mood may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Disputes may be settled amicably or brought before Moroccan courts.
